I made sushi for lunch today. I rolled out three of them, and put one
in the fridge for tomorrow. Teriyaki Beef with shrimp. Awesome!
My total input costs were about $1.50 each.
I figure that my input costs can range from about $1.50 up to $4.00.
Raw salmon or Tuna will drive the costs up a lot because of the waste.
I do cook the unused for other meals, though, but salmon or tuna with
other fresh ingredients can send the price up a lot.
And it really is kinda fun to make.
