     I would NEVER have 19CL as an internet provider.  If and when DSL becomes 
available here, I'll use it by way of Copper.net.  They focus on providing 
wired/copper internet service nationwide, both dialup and DSL.  Their DSL costs 
just a bit less than Earthlink dialup.
