10 pounds in just over two weeks. Miles and miles of walking and
hiking while restricting food to under 1400 calories. I'm starting to
mingle in a little running now so that should be helpful.

Not sure how my week on the go is going to affect my diet. It might
get ugly. But it's a small sacrifice. :)
