Thanks, Don.  No, not as taken.  Cropped and processed in LRCC and PS.  That glare was a big problem!

Ah yes, nice.

I suppose the necessary SS may depend on the subject speed of wing beats. This 
shot of a hovering fly (that acts like a
bee) catches the wings pretty well @ 1/250.
