That's an interesting question. This is a holiday that is only observed by
those who have the day off, Post Office, Banks, etc. Otherwise, as we always
say in the USA, follow the money. Stores have sales that last for a week or
two.
Anyway, I believe it's best either presidents' or presidents day. I would go
with number two, as it honors multiple presidents, but then those who it honors
might consider it thiers, so, well, either one.
but really, an insignificant holiday in the grand scheme of things.
