I'm not sure Moose is up to it.
I have no experience with tea, but if the t is change to a p I can vouch for
having experienced similar on a sunny downwind -40C / -40F day.
At -40, I'm lucky to even look out the window at it. There is a point
of diminishing returns. Below -20, nothing is photogenic.
