| When I went to a convention in Geneva in 2000, I came across a fellow who
was totally exhausted. I asked him if he was feeling ill, and he said that he
had just arrived on a flight from Vienna and hadn't had any sleep. I then
asked him why he didn't take the night train and get a good night's sleep. I
could then see him mentally slapping himself in the forehead.
