Sorry to read that.
I use my E-M5 mkII amost on a daily basis and never experienced any
problems with the tilt and swivel.
Everytime I switch the camera on I turn the screen and switching it off I
turn it back for protection.
Don';t understand why there isn't a UK repair centre.
