One step back on the "Techniques and Tips" tab is an Amazon advert for a
book entitled "Overwhelmed". I have an autographed copy. The author of
the book is the Rev'd Karen L. Norton. The book is an inspiration. Lest
anyone thinks that their day-to-day tribulations are momentarily in the
dumps this lady's book is a true eye opener about climbing up from the
depths and overcoming some extreme adversities.
