I'm heading to the upper peninsula of Michigan. That should be a good
place to wait out the zombies.
Fortunately, in most cases, flooding and mayhem is localized. You'll
have a section of town that is wiped out, and a bunch of flooded
basements elsewhere, but massive destruction with large numbers of
forced migration doesn't happen too often. Hurricane Katrina was an
example of this. I'm trying to remember if I've ever seen a refugee
camp with tens of thousands of people in it within the USA. It has
probably happened and I'm not remembering.
