Or just wait another 85 years or so. ;-)

I know I'm mixing matter and antimatter by using both iOS and Windows, but
that's how things turned out, and it ain't gonna change for the foreseeable
future. :-)

You are far from the only one. We've got our contacts coordinated somehow or other, but I'm not going to look, 'cause it ain't broke...

THE missing piece is now iMessage for Windoze. I can now drag docs and spreadsheets on my PC onto Pages or Numbers and they are magically there on my iDevices, where I may also edit them.

But many in my family and extended family of friends use iMessage, so I must multi-device* even when sitting at the computer. And the iCalendar on the PC isn't very well designed. Moving between months and years is a pain. The iPad version is the best, as it shows entries in days in the month view and moves around in time facilely.

But if, like I do, you keep track of trips on your calendar, and want to know when you were in blahblah, the Apple calendar fails, even is properly set to remember long past entries. My answer is Informant. The free version searches properly; I don't use it for anything else.
