Go to the last item in the menu and right arrow to check the firmware.  2.0 has 
the update.  There was a newer one a week or so ago, but I haven't downloaded 
it yet.  Enjoy.

Thanks. I shall learn more about it soon. The E-M1 should arrive on Tuesday. I 
hope the EFC firmware update is already installed.
