The Dutch government supports the 'open data initiative', to make collected
data publicly available.
On <http://www.bestwelsnel.nl/> (something like 'rather fast') you find a
nice map with speeds on highways (of which we have a lot over here). If
green (tick the box on the top left side) the speeds are confirmed, that is
measured on at least two places within 5km. Reds are day maximums.
Speed is in km/h, maximum speed on most Dutch highways is between 100 and
130 km/h.
As it is in pseude real-time, be sure to monitor the difference between day
and evening/ night. Enjoy!
