If the "work in XP mode" within Win 7 Pro creates a wholly XP environment
why should Vuescan even be an issue? It is my understanding that when the XP
mode is activated, the Win 7 Pro operating system is shut down, vanishes or
is otherwise totally invisible to those programs requiring only XP and
nothing more. If I choose to use the Nikon scanware in the XP mode within
Win 7, and not Vuescan, why should I have to unload Vuescan from my Win 7
machine. I am bit confused.
