Not only is my blood-sugar running low then ( results in short temper,
irrational decision
making, and so on unless I take control; prescribed meds for this is a glass of
wine !!)
But there's usually a 10-year-old girl saying "when's dinner going to be ready"
(repeat ); and
then when it is, often turns her nose up at it and makes her own. Her 43 Y-O
father hardly
ever shows for dinner - which is hard for me to take after taking good care
over the cooking,
and his mother who usually scoffs her food down in record time - then wonders
why her aged
stomach rebels at poorly chewed food. :-(
So me and my glass of wine spend a leisurely 30+ minutes enjoying the meal, and
I read the
daily newspapers!
I DO like my food.
