I am now lazy and use an app called appzapper for such things but if you 
are tech savvy its much easier to find the stuff to delete (plists etc) 
than editing the windows registry to remove AV programs

Ken you say you work bans firefox and chrome browsers and yet they let 
you use android devices, bit like ours when the management had the idea 
of banning Instant Messaging progams but not skype!
