This may sound silly . but a Lenovo W530 laptop/workstation in my experience
exactly fits the specifications (other than some branding issues) you
specified.    For reasons not relevant here, I have two of them and have
never been short of power/reliability/ease of use.  The USB3 connections
more than adequately connect to outboard thingies as well.  And,  I have to
say,  the portability is a major plus.
