Both images have problems. In addition to Bob's comments the stacked
version doesn't go deep enough on focus leaving just a green blob behind
the central area. I prefer the single shot version except that it
suffers from the tip of the petal at left being out of focus and a blown
area at top center. Maybe you could marry the two images.
The third image (purple one) looks good.
What's Zerene stacker??
