I appreciate the kind words, Jeff.  I just weighed the Leica Telyt-R 250/4. 
It weighed 2.875 pounds, or 1.3kg.  So, it is 1/3 the weight of the Zuiko 
250/2, based on your figures.  It can be hand-held on the E-510, but I 
normally use a monopod.
