So what happen to "Canons dont feel right in my hands/awkward controls" etc?
There are at least two more manufacturers that make full sensor digicams. I
would like to know why you picked Canon over them?

rats. I was hoping to preserve this news for a bit...
Primary reasons:
1. Full-frame 35mm sensor size. I will not buy another crop-sensor DSLR.
2. Image Quality. Some issues, but overall a good thing.
3. Larger support base - able to rent/borrow what I need on occasion.
This really is an issue for me and is something that I'm actually
fighting right now.
