Think Ellington and ohsomany more.
Generally classical and serious jazz players regard each other with great
respect and sometimes attempt crossover.
And, what kind of jazz were you thinking anywho? - I saw a listing of over 60
styles once.
Some I like, some I love, some I loathe.
