Actually, my preferred initial connection these days is a Paramount
female hot shoe to Pocket Wizard (miniphone) connector.
<http://www.paramountcords.com/proddetail.asp?prod=PW-MHSF1&cat=85>
The flash unit sits on the hot shoe (which has both a cold shoe foot a
1/4-20 screw hole in the bottom) and the miniphone connector on the
other end plugs into a Pocket Wizard or other compatible radio receiver
such as my Alien Bees units. These shoes and cords are very rugged but
also expensive at $44.50. Both of mine were procured on the bay at
about $20 each after many months of patient waiting.

Caution: There is a very steep ramp molded into the bottom of the hot
shoe. Both of mine required a very slight amount of surgery with a
hobby knife to shave a tad off the end of the ramp to allow any of my
flashes to slide in far enough to make electrical contact.

If I were using T32s I'd then daisy chain them using OM TTL cords.
