If there's a way to mount an OM lens to a Nikon (even for macro only) I
sure don't know about it.

I have 3 inexpensive OM to EOS adapters. All lock the lens firmly to
the adapter and all change the aperture as the aperture ring is rotated.
  The requirement for an adapter to change the aperture as the ring is
rotated is that it have a pin that contacts the aperture lever on the lens.

This is the cheapest adapter I can find on ebay
<http://cgi.ebay.com/Olympus-OM-Lens-Canon-EOS-5D-5DII-XT-XTi-T1i-Adapter-/180609572334?pt=Lens_Accessories&hash=item2a0d2b5dee>
Notice the pin projecting in toward the center at the 3:00 o'clock
position. Some use a small screw, others us a small metal tab attached
with a screw. Without that pin the aperture will not close down when
you rotate the aperture ring.

There are many more suppliers of adapter rings on ebay including those
with autofocus confirmation chips. Nathan pointed out the Camera Quest
provides high quality adapters. They do but the price is high and you
can't get one from them with autofocus confirmation. My cheap ones work
OK for me. My recommendation is to try a cheap one and if it doesn't
work throw it away and buy something else. But note that I know nothing
about the particular seller above. I have used the link only for
explanation, not a recommendation.
