Chris, a bit late to this, but yes, I have been looking at the P*nt*x
for quite a while now.

It ticks all the boxes for me and I had pretty much made up my mind to
jump ship out of Oly digital and go with the K5.

What is sticking me is lenses. The focus for all this thinking is next
year's holiday, which is probably going to be a safari. I'm going to
need something longer than I have, with autofocus and IS in the body. I
haven't been disappointed in my E-1 and E-400, but the E-5 is a
ridiculous price, and probably won't come down fast enough.

The K5 is a fair price, but would entail at least two new lenses as
well. Currently I have the 11-22, 14-45 and 75-150 lenses. I've looked
at the P*nt*x lenses and the third-party ones, and the sums are not
working for me.

So I've stalled; If money were no object I'd be out of Oly and into
P*nt*x in a heartbeat. I really think four thirds is a dead end.

Legacy lenses don't interest me, I'm still shooting film and the OMs are
all I need for that, as far as SLRs go. C*n*n doesn't do IS in the body.
I have a few legacy Tamrons I can use for specialist shooting on whatever.

I hate being this poor.

;-)
