Just checked some recent finished auctions on the German eBay. Decent E-1's
with battery and loader for under €150, that is about $200... (but some are
slightly more expensive, I'd say you don't have to spend more then €200).
You're right on the 14-54mm, again from finished auctions it's price is
around €325-€350. US prices look to be around $275 though? (my search shows
several)
