Zone-10 is built using Mambo, but I've built other sites in Joomla,
Drupal and Wordpress. All three are competent, but Wordpress is best
for one-person websites. As soon as you have more than one person
responsible for contributing content, I'd recommend Joomla or Drupal.
They really aren't as difficult to set up and get going as it might
seem.
