So what eupohemism is used on the label? Ground beef?

You won't see it labeled as such because the "food" lobby is very
persuasive ($) in keeping such regulations from being created.  Check

It is quite toxic, so first ammonia is added to kill the bacteria, THEN
artificial flavoring is added.
