That I use Google but not gmail (Mac OSX Mail works well, if I can say that 
without starting another dreary platform argument).
So everything I open has a Lensbaby advert on it - so what? 
Hmmmm....well it does explain why Lensbabies have become so expensive I suppose.
I'm not really that bothered that some bot knows what I buy.
This is the new millennium. 
You have no secrets. 
Did you want to have any?
Then do what people always did.
