Gmail users, what do you say about this?

True... or misinterpretation of odd circumstantial evidence?  Seems to 
be a direct contradiction of Google's legal notice for gmail
<http://mail.google.com/mail/help/intl/en/legal_notices.html> which 
states very explicitly "We will not use any of your content for any 
purpose except to provide you with the Service."
