Following recent enquiries, I'm am pleased to announced that rumours
of my demise have been much exaggerated. (Although I've got a lousy
cold at present).
I returned from a very busy holiday to find a lot of teaching work
waiting and a magazine editor who had been instructed to take two
titles online. There will be a certain amount of blogging - I may be
able to share with a wider audience, which is a daunting prospect.
Good job that I'm an opinionated old fart.
Yes, I have ordered the oversquare 25mm 0.95 Voigt from Mr Gandy.
Yes, I have requested a Fuji X100 - it'll take a while.
Yes, I have played with the Fuji F300 and it's rather nice.
The Sony a55 is quite entertaining but don't mistake it for a pro camera
The Samsung EX1 is really quite nice.
While I was away, the stupid did not rest so today i must sally forth
and do battle with an incompetent plumber who thought that the best
place to site a reverse cycle air con unit was round a corner and down
a hole. Wish me luck.
