That's not necessarily a good answer. Except for those with particularly
good eyesight, manual focus can be problematic on even the best of 4/3
and APS sensors.

Again, not really what's asked for. 3Ti and Leica may have some
qualities in common, but they are fundamentally different in operation
and especially to focus.

I think the only thing that comes near is a FF DSLR. Even at that, the
'view' is not the same, the standard screens not optimized for manual
focus and, according to folks here, the alternate screens still not ideal.

If you want to use the existing OM lenses, the only choice is Canon, as
only it has a short enough register distance to allow an adapter. The
5D, I & II, compromise a bit on prism size and the 1D series are huge
and heavy. I personally find the 5D reasonable to focus manually, but
that is apparently not the common experience, absed on posts here.

As to setting shutter speed and aperture manually, all DSLRs have manual
modes and those above entry level generally have separate controls for
those two settings.

To date, the only maker to successfully emulate the operation of their
earlier film models with digital is Leica. The cost is considerable and
they are quite different beasts than SLRs.

Personally, I find that my DSLRs offer greater overall capabilities than
my OMs, at the cost of my adapting to different operations. The 5D I use
now is a highly capable image maker.
