For the full version the minimum sample size is 128x128 pixel, I belive it 
is the same as the trial version. But you can use a smaller sample size even 
it says the profile quality may not be that good, in this case multi samples 
"Manual Fine-Tuning" will help a lot, this feature may not be available on 
the trial version. I usually add a sample from people's face, a small size 
sample is usually enough.

On the other hand, for digital images, pre-profile works very well, just 
shoot the "Calibration Target" at different ISO/color temp. then create the 
profiles for future use.
