Candace,
I use PSE 6.0, and I avoid the organizer like the plague. I choose where
and when to save my images, and in what form. That was exactly what I did
not like about Lightroom.
I exit ACR by clicking on "open image". My RAW editing is saved and the
image opens in the editor. From there, one can either continue editing, or,
if one wishes, can select a title and type of file so the image can be
saved. If I am in a hurry, and have no immediate use for the image, I just
add "edit" to the original title assigned by the camera.
