I prefer the darker, but I think if you changed the background and 
frame  colour you would have people changing there minds.

BTW I am looking at this on a cheapo lcd screen I am testing for work 
and I have to say I am so far very impressed samsung syncmaster 2343bw  
- seems it might evenbe  better than my 24" dell at home.
