OK, so we are doing analogies:
Let's say Adobe surreptitiously uploaded PS to people's computers then
took them to court to pay for the software + damages and court costs.
Even though removing the unwanted software was time consuming and
expensive and interfered with defendant's work.
Actually Monsanto has paid damages in at least one case of $660 for the
removal of its unwanted crops.
