I still hurt but things are happening for the better.  To add to the 3 
pounds of the previous day, I lost a whopping  4 pounds between 
yesterday morning and this morning.  I'm not sure I see it clearly yet 
but the swelling has got to be goin' down somewhere.  :-)

I actually wanted to eat part of my dinner last night as well.  Not sure 
if that's ultimately good or bad.  :-)
