Unfortunately, just like my Schumacher 1.5 amp maintainer, Battery 
Tender does not give specifications other than nominal voltage of 12v. 
The Schumacher only puts out 12.85 volts so can't get the battery to 
full charge.  The Ctek that Ian referenced has 3 different charging 
modes with at least one supplying 14.4 volts.
