Using Fiber paper isn't all that much different from RC. If water is short 
of high in price, Ilford had a scheme of using several standing water baths 
that was said to be effecitve, and of course Hypo Clear is called for.

Although drying can be more challenging, as you can't just use a hair drier, 
you can easily air dry the paper. I then use my dry mount press to flatten 
the prints.
