I grew up with a basset hound in the house. Ours was the most stubborn
creature known to man. The breeder raised show dogs, but allowed this one
to be sold because he knew right away that the temperment was wrong and the
lightening-bolt pattern was on the wrong side. As much as I hated that dog
(and it me), I have to admit it was a very cool dog and was a great girl
magnet. :)
