Analogue CRT could do better. Just recheck again, I cannot identify row 2: 
207-255. For row 1 cannot identify 127-255.

Interesting.  My monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 753DF CRT) shows me clearly
all but the last row.  I'll have to check the last row in more subdued
light later.  This monitor is getting old for a CRT but apparently is
