Reminds me of a story.  Two guys go into a diner for lunch.  The first 
guy tells the waitress behind the counter that he wants a hamburger. 
The second guy orders a hot dog.  The waitress fetches a burger patty 
and immediately tucks in into her arm pit.  The first guy says: "Hey, 
whatcha doin'?.  The waitress says: "It's frozen.  I'm warming it up." 
The second guy pipes up and says: "Cancel the hot dog".
