It's fairly straightforward since the fluorescence is in the visible range
(I presume).  Dark room to exclude all ambient visible light, UV source, any
sort of normal film (or digital) but probably as fast as possible, filter to
exclude the ambient UV and any blue/violet light from the UV source - this
would normally be a light yellow filter.
