I think all major international companies can take appropriate steps to 
see that their own quality control procedures are followed.  What China 
needs is a national quality control organization to produce standards 
and those quality control stickers like the Japanese used to stick on 
their cameras.  But then they'll need to figure out some way to defeat 
the counterfeiters.  :-)
