Chuck,
      the OT-1D does work with 622,622 pro and 555 for full TTL on OM's.

However the B&H website you reference is not correct for 554, it cannot be used 
with the 554. The
554 does not do ttl with any cameras, let alone OM. 554 is strictly auto or 
manual, not ttl. 

The older 522 will actually do ttl with om2N with a different adapter. It is 
slightly kludgy as it
requires a small battery in the adapter.

I don't believe the sunpak 622 is still sold new, however the 622 Pro is still 
sold (by B&H for
example and is listed as in stock by B&H).
