Hi, Does anyone has experience with the e-3 and the FL-36. For some reason, beyond my comprehension, when I attach the unit it defaults to 1/60 instead of the 1/250. Only if I set the lowest sync speed for the slow option to 1/250 it will use that speed. Any experience here?
