No sir - emu. Now that's a thing that would make your eyes water.  
They make decent sausages but that's a bridge too far...
It's a reminder though. We haven't been on a hunt for the Southern  
Prickly Haggis in some time. But winter's almost over and we're  
having a few pleasant late winter days of 75degF or so so it might be  
time to plan a spring haggis hunt.
