Just another remark on PayPal exchange rates. If you're registered to
PayPal UK (and maybe others) AND you feed PayPal with AmEx credit, then note
that the seller's currency (even if GBP) is first changed to U$D and then
changed to GBP, thus incurring a double whammy of PayPal x-rates. Switch to
Visa instead (or sell more!)
