I would charge an hourly rate plus expenses. If shooting digital, allow for
your processing time.
Some might charge a flat fee, but it would have to be for an agreed upon
amount of visits and output.
I have shot similar things, and it generally involves a weekly visit,
usually Fridays. The first day might be challenging, but after a few visits,
you will have it down to a routine.
Quite a few years ago, I did a couple that involved weekly on site, and a
monthly aerial. Probably beyond their needs.
