[OM] How does this make sense?

Came across this lately.

Now it doesn't make a lot of sense to me - 'Lets make a camera bag  
that doesn't look like one. Great. Let's make it so it looks like a  
laptop computer bag 'cos no-one ever steal those.' Huh?
Back to using the baby change bag I suppose.
Or perhaps a Billingham - they don't look like one.
