As well as C.H.'s solution, there's an inflatable "ring flash" out there:

It'll only work TTL or manual, because the sensor on the flash itself
is obscured, but in my experience it works okay, and was a very cheap
approach. Not sure where you'd get one of those from these days;

Argentina, and I'm not actually sure if it's a shop or what.
